Mold design: The DFMEA report will be supplied respect to customer design requirement and press machine spec, what mainly focus on the draft analysis, cosmetic requirement, GD&T, injection resin shrinkage, gate location, ejection position and demand for machine, and then to provide a preliminary mold design for further discussion with customer.

Moldflow analysis: respect to the gate location and material fluid to make the simulation process, simulating the diverse parameter to check the crystalline melt index, variation of pressure, temperature and velocity, inside cavity air fluid to flow out the best solutions to help optimize the molding process.
